Mike is the founding member of EtonWay Financial and Insurance Services. Early in his career he established himself as a leader in the industry by cultivating relationships based upon integrity, knowledge and commitment. Over the years, he has developed an elite team of individuals with diverse backgrounds and a wide array of skills and talents, all with the goal of delivering the best possible service.

In just his second year in the industry, he qualified for Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), a prestigious group that represents the top 1% of the world’s best insurance and financial service professionals. The next year he did 8 times the MDRT requirements and became a part of the prestigious Top of the Table, a career milestone for those who demonstrate remarkable professional knowledge and exceptional client service.

Prior to starting EtonWay, Mike was a top Wealth Management Advisor at Northwestern Mutual. Subsequent to that he was the Chief Operating Officer at Cartelligent, a company he helped build from the ground up and one which he still remains an equity holder today.

Mike earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He holds multiple licenses including his Series 6, Series 63, and California State Insurance License. Mike is a CTLC professional and is continuing his education by enrolling in both the CLU and ChFC courses.

Mike lives with his wife Kristen and daughter Olivia in Mill Valley, California. Outside of work, Mike enjoys baseball, tennis and travel. Born and raised in Marin County, he remains active in several local organizations including the San Francisco Giants Community Fund and the Business Leadership Council.
